WebI have fiber in front of my house, but it's copper from the house to the box on the pole. A lot of it was old fiber from when Marietta had their own municipal internet. There is actually a ton of dark fiber throughout Cobb county. I asked about getting more than 50mbps and they said it wasn't coming to Marietta anytime soon. WebHonestly Alot of the cases where you see fiber and it's not available is because that is business exclusive fiber. Or could be a fiber line ran directly for Cellular. Just because ATT and Fiber is written on a Box or on the pole, doesn't mean it's for residential.
